{MEET AIME}

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and your shop.
First of all, I have to say that I am so excited to be answering these questions from you – I have loved your blog for a long time and am honored to have my products featured on your blog!!!
Now to actually answer your question, my name is Aime and I love sparkly things, my family, people generally, and really good coffee. =) I’ve been making jewelry since I was 12 years old and have slowly acquired new skills and a more mature fashion sense (which I think my customers will appreciate if they could have seen what I made before) that has given me just enough confidence to try launching my own Etsy shop. My favorite part of having my own shop is that I have been able to do more custom jewelry work, especially for brides. I love working with brides to come up with unique and special looks for their big day!

2) What are you most looking forward to this summer?
I am definitely looking forward to summer BBQs and beach time! I love the warmer weather and how green and beautiful things are.

3) Where do you draw inspiration from?
Good question. I always get inspiration from looking at new fashion and up and coming designers. The raw materials I use also “speak” to me. It seems like certain colors and stones and crystals demand to be used together. So I do what the materials tell me to do. =)

4) What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Such a hard question! Definitely almost anything with coffee in it but Ben and Jerry’s makes a couple of flavors that have liquor flavored ice creams and I am definitely a huge fan of those. =)
