Blouse: Modcloth | Shorts: Saks Off 5th {similar} | Shoes: Zara | Bracelets c/o Isshou No Yakusoku

Get ready friends.  This is the first of many outfits you will be seeing with heart prints.  Since I’ve overdosed on polka dots this Summer, I’m switching over to hearts for awhile.  Don’t we all wish that Valentine’s Day were a monthly occurrence?  I know I do.  Marvin and I have been making it a point to have date night at least twice a month since we’ve had Austin.  It usually consists of trying a new restaurant, using up a Groupon that’s about to expire, and definitely ordering dessert.  Our conversations consist of talking about work (it’s great that we work at the same company so we totally understand each other’s complaints), talking about Austin and how big he is getting, and viral Youtube videos such as Gangnam Style (must master the horse dance).

    Aw, the heart print is so sweet paired with the crochet shorts! I’d totally wear this outfit and as for those Zara heels…they’re next on my to-buy list. It’s great that you and Marvin do date nights together. I think it’s super important, especially after having a baby. My husband and I do date night once a month, how nice that you do it twice a month!
