Let me start by saying I cannot take credit for these amazing bites of yumminess.  The credit goes to The Pioneer Woman, you can find step-by-step picture instructions as well as the recipe on her blog.  But let me tell you, these are sure worth trying for your Holiday party, your Christmas Day dessert, your New Years celebration,  your I am just hungry and want to eat chocolate celebration.  It’s got a brownie with a hint of mint on the inside, a chocolate shell made of chocolate mint on the outside, and it’s topped with chunks of Andes mints for flair.  Perhaps if you don’t like mint, then you may not like these, but I still think you should give them a try.  I brought them in to work the other day and people were coming back for seconds…  But to be honest, the real point of this post is that I wanted to share the pretty pictures I took.  😉
