As you all know I am obsessed with handbags and slowly but surely working on completing my bag collection (for the moment) and I am happy to say that I’m pretty close to complete (which means I will stop looking at bags for awhile)! The last bag I was looking for was a red bag. I knew I wanted the red bag to be somewhat small, to wear for going out, to add a pop of color to my outfits. And my favorite style of bag currently is crossbody bags. I LOVE the option of being hands free (from a bag) in case I need to grab my cell phone camera and snap a picture while I’m out. 😉

I was recently challenged by Bing to use their Smart Search feature on Windows 8.1. This new upgrade just came out and I was happy to  be able to try it out on my HP Envy. So I took this opportunity to search for the perfect red bag. The great thing about the Smart Search being integrated into Windows 8.1 is that on the Start screen you can just start typing and the Search comes up on right side.

Once the Results (of your search) screen comes up, it displays related images, websites, videos, and apps and showcases them in a really user-friendly manner. You can just swipe your finger across the screen (my computer is a touchscreen) and it displays tons and tons of results for you.

Through my Bing Smart Search, I landed on the Kate Spade Cedar Street Mandy bag as my perfect red bag! And here is how I styled it for it’s first time out, at my 30th birthday party outing!

I love the look of a bright cobalt blue paired with red. Some might say it’s kind of superhero, but I think it’s right on point in fashion. 🙂 I’ve had this skirt for awhile now and was so excited to finally find an occasion to wear it (I love it so much)! For the necklace, I picked one that had blue and red on it (among some other pretty colors) and I can’t stop wearing these flower stud earrings I received from Berricle, I feel like they can go with any outfit! They are the perfect sized stud for my ears and they look like real diamonds (with a fraction of the cost)!
