This next giveaway is brought to you by the lovely Savannah from Maie Dae!! One look at her vintage and indie inspired handmade accessories shop and you’ll be reaching for your wallet! It is full of necklaces, hair clips, turbans, headbands, and clips to add the perfect vintage touch to any outfit! She also has a beautiful blog that features design trends, DIY projects, home nesting, shop updates, inspirations and some of her daily life happenings as a loving wife!
{MEET THE SHOP OWNER}
1) Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am an artist, graphic designer, crafter, moleskine lover, organizer, vintage adoring, chai tea drinking, husband kissing, etsy shop owning, blog writing type of girl.
2) What inspired you to start your etsy shop and make such lovelies?
I have wanted to open an Etsy shop for awhile but could never find time during college, so after graduation I began my shop. I love floral and vintage inspired items so my shop really reflects a lot of the things I love. I think those little pieces that complete an outfit are so special and that’s why I create hair accessories and jewelry. My shop is just one faucet of this desperate need I have to have a constant creative outlet.
3) What is your favorite thing about blogging?
I just recently started my blogging venture in July of 2010 and I have loved every minute. My favorite thing at this point is all of the knowledge and learning I have acquired about how to make a good blog and how to use it for business and personal purposes. I’m still learning and evolving my niche but I have loved the process.
4) What are some of your New Years Resolutions?
I actually have 22, but one of them is to start the rough draft of a book I have been dreaming up for three years.
5) What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Cookies n’ Cream!!
