My Budding Shoe Obsession

Lately, I’ve been obsessed (my husband and friends can vouch for this) over shoes with flower/ruffle/bow accents on them. I think they just add such a fun detail to your feet and they are perfect for Spring (or any season really).  Here are a few of my favorites and how/when I think they should be worn.

J.Crew Blume printed peep toes ($250)
for going out on a date

Nordstrom Badgley Mischka ‘Randi’ Sandal ($215) and Nordstrom Kate Spade ‘Kellis’ Pump ($285)
for a spring/summer bride

DSW Caparros Carnation Peep Toe Flower Pump ($49.95) and Zappos Nina Critia ($99.95)
worn with a dress for a fall/winter wedding

Zappos Enzo Anglioni Xylan ($68.95)
for taking walks in the park with your love

Nordstrom Report ‘Kimball’ Flat ($49.95) and Nordstrom BP. Prissy Flat ($59.95)
with a pair of skinny jeans

Payless Shoe Source Fioni Lavish Ruffle Pump ($24.99)
perfect for work, weddings, and going out… and these just happen to be my latest purchase 🙂

*SWOON* I am in love with all of these shoes, but not a fan of some of these price tags. That being said… maybe you’ll be seeing a flower shoe clip DIY in the near future, I’ve already asked my MIL to teach me how to make these flowers since flower making/arranging is her expertise. 🙂

Shoe posts make me happy. But, I have to agree some of the price tags are just way too high. I really like the Kimball and J.Crew one. I must be in a pattern mood today. 🙂 Can’t wait for a flower tutorial!

If I was to win a million dollars and was to be REALLY selfish I would buy one of every pair of Jcrews heels!

Awww, you have really cute taste in shoes!

Yeah I’m shoe obsessed too…I own over 60 pairs of shoes (and I have friends who have much much more than I do…).

My best friend is (http://www.drscholls.com/drscholls/productSearch.do?method=doProductDetailsLookup&searchArg=69) works for any problem shoes (breaking in new shoes is hard work!).

My biggest problem is getting to the shoe cobbler. Sandy, you’d do so well in NY… so many awesome shoe sample sales! (My favorite being the Ferragamo one… which they haven’t had in 2 years… *sob).
