My most memorable birthday was when I turned 17. My dad played “she was just 17” when I came downstairs for the day and thought he was so clever…and my friends made me a huge cake!

  2. November 1, 2011 / 7:48 am

Oh goodness, my most memorable birthday memory? Hmm…it would have to be my 17th birthday. My Aunt was pregnant and I had told them the entire pregnancy that he was going to be born on my birthday, even though he was due 10 days later on my grandfather’s birthday.

Lo and behold on the morning of my birthday I was wondering why no one had called yet (I have a BIG family and everyone calls) finally I got a call from my grandma saying “Happy birthday you have a new cousin!”. I was so excited.

My grandpa was okay with the turn of events, and two years later my daughter was born on her due date-which also happened to be my grandpa’s birthday. 🙂

  11. November 1, 2011 / 9:18 am

My most memorable birthday was my last birthday because my husband and I celebrated it in June instead of November. We went to lunch at Cracker Barrel, then rode the Lady Kate around Lake Erie (hunted down the Brig Niagara), and had Coldstone ice cream for dessert! YUM!

    What a great day

It was watering like crazy. I went up to someone else who worked at the camp to look at it, and they sent me to the camp owner, who was a paramedic. turned out there was a woodtick on my eyelid, touching my eye. gross! i definitely earned that margarita i had later that day!
