YAY it’s finally the beginning of the weekend, but not just any old weekend, it’s another fabulous holiday 3-day weekend, AND I get to wear jeans to work on Friday! What are my plans for the weekend?? A whole bunch of relaxation, a little bit of cleaning (actually my house requires a lot), insanity workouts, a BBQ with friends, watching Toy Story 3 and sewing sewing sewing! Well I’ve done it again, I’ve scoured the web for some of my favorite things that remind me red, white, blue, stars, stripes, and fireworks – enjoy!

to go or not to go? the answer is it’s a GO! the kids and i are going to CA for our annual 4th of july celebration normally at my parents house but this year it will be at my aunt’s house because they all thought we weren’t coming and they still don’t know. it’s a surprise! mum’s the word. my parents will be in shock when we show up at their front door!
Happy Fourth of July! It’s one of my fave holidays. I have a lot of great memories from when I was younger. However, this weekend, I hope to relax and bbq!

Such a cute collection! I love that poppy garland! We are spending our 4th relaxing instead of road tripping for once, and I can’t wait to be lazy for three days =)

I adore the poppy headband 🙂 I’m planning on hanging out at my boyfriend’s pool & he says he’s taking me out somewhere on Sunday – so hopefully I get to see some fireworks!
