Shirt: Splendid | Cardigan: Gracie B | Jeans: GAP | Shoes: Target | Necklace: Madewell | Bag: Angela + Roi | Lipstick: Radiant Cosmetics (Moscow)

A few years ago, I would have cringed at the thought of elbow patches on shirts.  But through the years, I have become drawn to it, and now own many shirts with elbow patches.  I just think that they are a fun little detail to spice up a top or outfit.  And you don’t ever have to worry about getting a hole in your elbow from all that jumping up and down and swinging your arms around – whenever an occasion for that may rise.  Speaking of which, when are knee patch pants going to start being in style??  Because I’ve already made some holes in the knee portion of some jeans I own… who is with me on the knee patch jeans??

Have you entered the Swell Caroline jewelry shop $50 credit giveaway yet?  And don’t forget to enter for your chance to win $1000!!!

And can I please have your VOTE in the Blowfish Spring Style contest?  If I win, I get two free pairs of shoes!  Please help feed my shoe addiction!  ;)   You can vote every hour!  ;)

I’m not sure I’m ready for the knee patches to make a comeback (unless they’re in cute shapes like hearts or something), but this cardigan’s elbow patches on stripes is awesome!

Cute flats! My mom told me she bought me leopard flats from Target. I hope they are the same ones :)

Target will finally be opening near my house, I’m so excited. I’m just wondering if Canadian Targets will have the same products and prices as in the States.

Such a cute little outfit. I completely agree with the elbow patches. I would have hated it years ago, but now I think they’re such an adorable little detail.
