A few weekends ago I took a mini-trip to Chicago and the one word that sums the trip is fine. My trip entailed fine dining, fine weather, fine views, and meeting up with fine friends! 🙂
So do you want to see what happens when two friends who haven’t seen each other in over a year go to one FINE Chicago restaurant?
Get that napkin out, be prepared to drool!
Did we seriously eat all of that?? The answer would be YES, including the menu.
And we got a free drink out of a laboratory flask too!
If you live in the Chicago area or are visiting, you MUST check out Moto Restaurant. Your taste buds won’t know what hit them, it’s called molecular gastronomy! (As I said before, this was fine dining… so expect to pay quite a bit for a meal like this, as in 3 digit number kinda price)
Stay tuned for Day 2 coming soon…
that does look like one fine meal. I’ve heard good things about that restaurant. I’d love to try one day!
oh wow! love the drinks in flasks! cannot wait to see more!
Wow! I seriously need to see more. And maybe visit Chicago as well…
This makes me so excited about moving to Chicago =)
ooohhh! looks like fun, my parents are heading out there at the end of this month. I will tell them to go there for sure!!!
Wow! That looks delicious!
yummy 🙂 the menu looks good… literally i want to eat it hehe
Oh, YUM!! They had me at edible menu. And speaking of menu do I see a “mexican cannoli” ? That combines two of my all time favorite things, I can only imagine that it was delicious!
Awww Sandy what a fine and dandy meal you and your girlfriend shared. The menu looks out of this world. The food looks incredible. Droooooool. I’ve had one of those 3 digit meals before, but it was for lunch… ah ha ha ha.
You look adorable. Hope you have a great week!!
xx Love & Aloha

Wow! What a meal! It’s definitely fine dining. I’m not sure how you can travel so much for your job! Though you definitely have lots of time to sample fine cuisine.
what a fun time! I was just telling alely that good food and good friends go hand in hand like a bees and honey and heart and beat. You just proved that point. everything really does look amazing.
looks fantastic! can’t wait to see more.

YUM!!!! I love the way the dishes are presented! 🙂
Not so much food for a 3 digit bill! I rather the places with a lot of food; you’ll have to pay anyway, so at least you do for real food 😀
I’m glad you had fun, anyway! 🙂

Ahhhh! All of that looks sooo good! I wish I knew about this when I was in Chicago! Next time, haha.
