I am not a fashion blogger, nor do I consider myself fashionable, by any means (sorry for all those that see “a la mode” in the blog name and assume “fashion”)! But once in awhile, I like to throw together outfits that in my mind, I think are somewhat fashionable. And if any piece of the outfit is from Anthropologie or from my etsy friends, that’s bonus points right there, am I right? Well recently, I’ve pretty much been obsessed with The Daybook blog (a true fashion blog) and Sydney was so nice to teach us how she post processes her photos (THANK YOU SO MUCH!), that I spent one afternoon downloading a free trial of Photoshop, just so I could follow along with her tutorial (with a few minor adjustments of my own). Props to my hubby for playing photographer! 🙂
So here we go… from the best of my measly memory, here’s the ingredient rundown of my outfit…
dress: anthropologie
tights: no idea (but i love them so much there is a hole in the crotch, OK, TMI, sorry folks)
boots: steve madden
cardigan: gap
earrings: pretties by meg (i won these from a yellow songbird giveaway, thanks kim!)
necklace: jean jean vintage

I think you’re extremely fashionable. As for posting your outfits, I have two suggestions: either do it infrequently or do it on a tumblr or flickr to the side. I really like what your blog is now.
Keep at it with the fashion posts! You don’t have to be “pro” to post your outfits – as long as it’s YOUR personal style! I love your outfit – cute dress from Anthro! It’s one of my fav stores!
