Yup, that’s right. Our little peanut is the size of a butternut squash right now. Try carrying one of those around in your belly, it ain’t easy and it ain’t light. I’m seriously at the point where I feel like I’m about to pop. especially after eating a big meal like a Chinese buffet. My stomach gets all full and tight like there’s no room for all that sweet & sour chicken, crab rangoon, noodles, walnut shrimp, green beans, fruit, frozen yogurt and a baby.
I know I still have about 7 more weeks (give or take a few) before we meet our little guy but I just can’t wait! The days are dragging on and sometimes I even feel myself being bored. Of course there’s always blogging to do, or his nursery to get ready, or cleaning but when I don’t want to do any of that, I just sit on the couch and start texting my friends or sporadically check twitter HA. Everyone tells me to cherish this time of “boredom” because once baby comes, there won’t be a such thing.
