I have another awesome Sponsor Love + Giveaway post for you guys that comes from one of my favorite online shops ever.  Remember the grey pocket tee and coral polka dot blouse that I wore recently?  Well they were both from the fantastic shop, Conversation Pieces!  What do I love about this shop?  The super cute and trendy pieces, the affordable prices, how the inventory changes on a constant basis, and the fact that the shop owner, Audrey, is an absolute sweetheart!  So if you haven’t ordered from this shop yet (I think you really need to), now is your chance to either win this giveaway or order something with a discount (see below)!  🙂  But first things first, let’s get to know Audrey just a little bit better…

{MEET AUDREY}

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and how your shop began?
Conversation Pieces is a bright, happy place to visit when you need a pick-me-up, dress-me-up, or just a little sound retail therapy.
About Audrey
– She’s a happy quirky girl! She works a buffet line starting at the dessert bar. Cries when she’s happy, laughs when she’s afraid.
– She has a Super Dog. Her super side-kick dog is a Maltese named Angel .
– She believes in ribbons and bows. Pretty packages make her feel fluttery, special, and uniquely loved. Pretty dresses SHOULD come in a pretty package!
– She’s a Romantic. She’s a bike through the tulip gardens of Keukenhof, Amsterdam in a fabulous ruffled chiffon dress type of gal.
– She’s Thrifty and Crafty. If you look carefully you can spot her at the local thrift and antiques street market hunting for goodies. She mixes and matches… patches and gets crafty with a sewing machine. She believes true fashion is nowhere to be found in the cookie-cutter mega malls of the world, but in the creativity and individuality that can be found in independent fashion.
– She Powers Up Her Friends. She loves cooking delicious treats; the most favorable super power of her admirers.
– Her words to live by “Happiness is Contagious… and Kindness Matters.” She gravitates towards good people with good vibes.

2) What are your favorite color combinations of the season?
Ooooo… I’m gravitating towards mints and corals.

3) What is your favorite thing and most challenging thing about owning an online boutique?
My favorite thing about owning a business is the interaction and friendships it has given me over the years. We now have customers-turned-friends all over the world. We even visit each other’s home country and share recipes or baby news. The most challenging thing must be time management. While you have the flexibility of time, you also need to be ultra disciplined in maximizing the use of it.

4) What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Oh! No question about it! Chocolate!
