So, I’ve found a new solution to this whole wash-your-hair-every-other-day thing that I’ve been trying out lately. If you are too lazy to style your hair with dry shampoo or put it up in a blogger bun, then just put a hat on it. Fedora hats are pretty fun and classic. It’s kind of a bonus when your husband tells you he thinks you look cute in hats. Maybe that means I can start pushing my limits and going 3 or 4 days without washing my hair. Oh all the time I could save. Now if I could convince my work to allow hats in the cubicle…
Before you leave, can we just stop for a moment and admire the beautiful detail on this skirt. Ivory lace/crochet/embroidery is starting to really make its mark in my closet these days. I just love how it is neutral (a great base for an outfit), but interesting. And how about my arm party? I’m a huge fan of these fancy friendship bracelets wrapped with metal. They are all the rage these days! 🙂
That skirt is so beautiful! I love how its long but doesn’t look matronly at all. And I try to pull off the hat thing once in awhile but I have a hard time pairing things with it because it’s just not something I do often! 🙂

Oh how I wish I could wear hats. But they don’t like my big head. There are no hats in the universe that fit my head. 🙁 You look adorbs in yours! And I love that skirt. It’s so pretty.
Have a great week, Sandy.

THIS is why i need a hat!! Love the one you’re sporting in this outfit. Plus, i can’t even that you’re having a hair day. genius! 🙂
I don’t own many hats but I think I look good in a hat too ;). Cute fedora! I just don’t wear hats that often b/c I know they’d fall off frequently while chasing J down. I wear sunglasses tho, no fail. Oh, at the beach, I’d definitely wear a hat for protection.
i’m not really a hat person, but i definitely want to start. i’ve been wanting to get a fedora hat. 😉

The days that I don’t wash my hair, I braid it and sleep with the braids so when I wake up, I have volume to play with. I love putting it in a voluminous pony tail and my bangs in a poof. 🙂
I love your lace skirt!
That skirt looks so pretty!! I love the detail. I used to wash my hair everyday, but it makes my hair so dry. I’ve been doing the wash your hair every other day and it does make it healthier and shiny…blogger buns are always my go to hairstyle or pony tail
Yeah! The skirt and the bracelets are bee-yoo-tee-full!
I adore hats so much! The skirt is so pretty with the hat! 🙂 xo
Loving the hat!

I was admiring your arm party and I love how you described it! Haha. I always love your colour palettes in your outfits. You make them youthful and fun, but put-together too. It’s nice to see that style doesn’t go out the door as soon as you have children, haha. Beautiful, as always!
