I don’t own a lot of cut out shoulder tops, but I’m so happy to have found this pretty floral one!  It gives this floral top a little extra sass and flair to the outfit. I wore this top with my favorite midi skirt (I have so many now and I really just want one in every color), my most worn neutral heels and my Rebecca Minkoff bag that I love so much but sometimes gets neglected! Who am I kidding, so many of my bags get neglected and that’s just the saddest ever!
