How is your weekend so far, friends?  Hope it’s well!  On Saturday, we attended a Chinese New Year celebration at a friend’s place… where we ate from noon til 7PM, non-stop, no joke.  And on Sunday, we’ll be heading to another friend’s house for a Super Bowl party!  I’m going to be making chocolate chip cookies, no, not any old cookie, but it’ll have meat in it too, can you guess what it is?  I’ll surely blog about it later!! 🙂  Are you going to be hosting or attending a party?  Are you a Steelers or Packers fan? Do you watch for the game or for the commercials?

So as you can tell, I’m a little delayed on posting some of my fashion photos, if you start seeing weekend posts, you know that I have too much to share and not enough weekdays! 😉  This outfit was worn before the snow arrived (a few weeks ago) but I think it’s great for days when it’s chilly, but the sun is out.  I love this dark grey sweater because it can be worn up right or off the shoulder (oh hello!) and you can pair just about any color undershirt with it to change up the look.  A sales associate was wearing it when I was shopping at Forever 21 and pretty much sold me.  Does that happen to you too!?  Do you find yourself liking what the sales associates are wearing and asking them where it is in the store so you can get it too? Nothing better than a real life model, ya know?  And the fingerless gloves, have I expressed my love for these things enough yet?  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that you can text in these babies with the cover off but put the cover on when I get cold.  The funny thing is, I actually bought quite a few pairs of them 2 years ago when I was in London!  My friend had told me that those babies were uber popular over there so I stocked up!  And finally years later, the trend has finally come to the U.S.  So my question to you is…

Do you know what the fashion trends are in Europe right now?  …since it’s bound to come to the U.S. eventually!
