Oreck Grab-It & Steam-It Review + Giveaway!

Am I on a roll with the giveaways lately, or what?  Yup I am!  Get excited all of you who hate to clean but need to clean and want to be able to do it in the quickest way possible type of people (yea, that’s me).  This time, one of you lovelies is going to win the Oreck Grab-It & Steam-It Steam Mop!

Ever since I got pregnant and we moved into a bigger house, I must admit, it’s been awesome having a ton more space, but the drawback is having to clean the whole thing!  So when I was given the chance to review the Oreck Grab-It & Steam-It for free, I totally jumped at the chance.  If you know me, I’m not a huge fan of cleaning and I’d much rather spend my time watching my baby giggle, blogging, shopping, you catch my drift.  Being a new mom and all, time is precious has a whole new meaning.  And with Austin here, I know that I need to be the responsible one and do my part around the house.  And once the little monster starts crawling around, that’s all the more reason to keep the floors clean!

So let me give you a little run down on how this steam mop works.  It’s a broom and mop in one and so easy to use.  Assembly is a breeze since all you have to do is fill up the water tank and snap it in, then put on the steam mop pad.  I hardly even had to look at the instruction manual on how to put it together.  Set the Steam setting, press the Sweep button and in a minute or so, it’s ready to go!  It’s so easy to use and makes minimal noise (might I just add that it’s the perfect white noise for a sleeping baby too)!  You just swivel the steam mop head along the floor and it will pick up crumbs, dirt, dust, any ole mess, while sanitizing the floors.  I love how maneuverable it is in reaching tight corners and spaces.  The cord is super long so I was able to clean 3 rooms at once without having to unplug it.  I’d say it cleans up about 90% of messes on the floor while the steam feature leaves minimal spots/streaks from the water.  It really is the perfect little machine for cleaning in a pinch.

Here’s a little vlog with me, Austin, and the Oreck Grab-It & Steam-It in action!  Thanks to Marvin for being the videographer.

So who’s ready to get their Spring Cleaning on with the Oreck Grab-It & Steam-It?  Here’s what you need to do to enter the GIVEAWAY:

This giveaway closes on April 8, 2012 at 12:01AM and the winner must be a resident of the U.S. 48 contiguous states.  Oreck Corporation provided the prize for the sweepstakes but is not the sponsor of the sweepstakes.
